What areas do you cover?

We are based in Surrey with a 10+ Mile radius. For work further than 10+ miles, there would need to be a minimum of 1 days work supplied.

How much do you charge?

Most charges are based on a quotation basis. Our prices vary between £20-£40 an hour depending on the type of work which is being done. 

Do I get a discount if I use your services often?

We offer discounts to contracted agencies who supply on-going work!

We offer 10% discount to all registered members on our mailing list!

Just for you, we offer varied discounts to our services:

  • First time clients: 10% OFF
  • Registered members: 10% OFF
  • Landlords/Estate agents: 15% OFF ON GOING WORK
  • Recommendation system: 1 x 10% OFF any future work with us (Can be applied with other discounts)
  • Single parents: 10% OFF
How do I pay you? When would payment be due?

Payments can be made by either bank transfer or in cash. Before the work takes place, you will need to pay a holding deposit of £50. This is then deducted from the final payment after the work has been completed. You will be supplied with an invoice to confirm details of work and the payment of a holding deposit. A final invoice will be supplied for when the work has been completed and final payment has been made.

– If the work is only for one day then payment would be made after work is completed and you’re fully satisfied with the work.

– If the work is over the course of more than one day then the total amount would be split depending on how many days work there is. Payment would be due after each days work has been completed and you’re fully satisfied with the work.

Do you take away rubbish with you, where do you dispose of the waste?
We can offer to take away and dispose of all green waste/materials with a registered recycling centre to either be composted or recycled.
What If I cancel our appointment?

If you need to re-arrange the date or cancel the work, then you need to give at least 48 hour notice period to us. Your deposit will not be returned to you if you do not give the correct notice.

What is the process if I want to book you?

You can either contact us by Telephone, Email, Facebook or through our Website. 

The first step would be arranging a viewing/free quotation. At the viewing we will discuss your wants, needs, ideas and your budget. 

After the viewing we will aim to supply you with a quote via email within 12-48 hours. Our quotes will include: Labour price, materials/tool hire costs + information, designs, duration of work, etc..

If you are happy with the quotation, a date will be agreed and an invoice will be sent to you with all the final details and information.

Who pays/orders if work materials are needed?

This can be done in two ways:

– You order and pay for them yourself using relevant information from us and/or yourself.

– You transfer us the relevant amount for the costs of materials/tools and we will order them ourselves. (All receipts will be emailed to you for record)

Do you need access to electricity point?
All of our equipment is run on petrol so there will be no need to supply a power point for machinery.
How soon can you come?

After the viewing/quotation, the estimated waiting time for work to commence should be between 0-2 weeks.
